TMTNO - Chapter 30

Grope, grope.

Who touches my face?

I opened my eyes wide and saw blue eyes like the rippling sea.

"What are you doing?"

“Are you awake?”

“You woke me up.”

"I'll bring you the hundred gold next time," said Shish, holding out until midnight, the stroke of midnight, and then departed. It was a pity to see his drooping eyes and listless expression.

I thought Dietrich would come at midnight like Shish, but he came at dawn.

And then he comes and touches my face.

“Are you feeling okay?”

“That’s why I woke you up anyway.”

He averted his gaze, his earlobes slightly reddening.

“You said you would endure it, but it was all a lie.”

“I’ve been holding on hard for the past two weeks!”

Dietrich sat up in a fit of rage.

I guess he had no choice but to endure it...

I didn't specifically point it out.

“Yes, because the frequency has increased since you’re gone.”

The face that was considered fierce suddenly turned pitiful.

“Yes, do it.”

When permission was granted, the strength in Dietrich's eyes disappeared.

“Before that.”

Then he climbed on top of me and lifted my upper body.

"Ah."

His still awkward lips found me, and for a moment, I felt a realistic worry, but since Dietrich, who had a keener sense of smell than others, didn't say anything, I thought it would be okay.

Perhaps, this too may be a privilege of an Author.

By the way, I didn't have bad breath after eating, right?

Wow, that's really good.

While I was admiring the small details, a guest came in quite deeply. A groan escaped from the other person.

I thought it would last quite a while, but surprisingly, the lips parted quickly. Apparently, the Knight Commander had more pressing matters to attend to.

“Wow...”

While I marveled at the ever-amazing sight, Dietrich prepared himself. His eyebrows trembled. His gaze was fixed on me.

I got out of bed and sat down in a chair. I was a complete spectator.

“Is it more exciting to do it in a new place?”

His face, as if carved from ice, flushed red. His cold blue eyes wavered. His lips parted slightly, releasing a deep groan.

“Do you like it that much?”

I asked in a grumpy tone because it seemed like I was the only one suffering, and the other person responded by licking their lips.

It seemed that the pleasure he had experienced so recently was something he found difficult to endure.

“Ugh...”

When the work was over, his heavy body stumbled. Once, I tried to catch him, and we almost fell together, so now he doesn't even come near me.

Dietrich stood, supporting the bed with both hands. After a moment, I shook my head as I watched him return to his original state.

Ugh, the heroine couldn't leave her room for ten days because of that?

“As expected, I have to look after you...”

He stared at me, panting. His blue eyes seemed to be piercing, and it gave me the chills.

Dietrich continued, letting the towels pile up beside him.

The man, who hadn't stopped even after the sun rose, crawled toward me. I flinched and stepped back, but he grabbed one of my legs and began licking my calf.

“Dietrich!”

“Ah, Author. Author...”

He covered my calves in saliva as if he were eating something very sweet, then began kissing my insteps. A tickling sensation accompanied the licking sound.

“Author, haa. With these feet. Ah.”

He got excited again and stepped on my foot.

...No, you don’t have that kind of taste, do you?

“Dietrich, I’m hungry.”

He continued his relentless pursuit of pleasure until the sun rose and my stomach began to growl.

We stood side by side in front of the elevator.

“I need to call Mr. Wood. Or bring me the magic stone.”

“Who is Wood?”

"My assigned person. Did I tell him to bring it to the dining room?"

"No?"

I clicked my tongue at the sight of his handsome face, which seemed to have no thoughts. He truly lacked subtlety.

“The elevator here needs magic power to move.”

“If it requires magic, what’s the problem?”

Dietrich replied with a look of genuine incomprehension that only I could discern.

“I have it too.”

“Oh, come to think of it!”

Dietrich also possessed a great deal of magical power, so he had no trouble using the elevator. While his methods differed from those of a wizard, he was also capable of using magical power.

“I understand why you told me not to bring food into the room.”

"Author."

"Yes?"

“Aren’t you feeling stuffy?”

Dietrich, who had been running the elevator smoothly, suddenly asked.

"How about going for a horseback ride or a walk? Don't you want to go to a cafe?"

“Oh.”

How did Dietrich come up with such a good idea?

"Good idea. Should we go together with Yuno? I've always wanted to go to that island you see over there."

Dietrich only disliked Shish, but he had no animosity toward anyone else, so I suggested it just in case. There were things I wanted to do, too.

Fortunately, Dietrich agreed and called Mr. Wood and headed to the tower's study.

Yuno, who was working, spoke sternly.

“...I like being with Lily, but I don’t want to be with you or go out.”

I shut my mouth at the firm answer. It was a cute nickname, and it didn't suit me, but Yuno didn't seem to have any intention of backing down.

There was silence in the room for a moment.

To lighten the situation, I laughed and brought up an interesting topic.

“But if the two fight, who will win?”

"What?"

"Yes?"

"You're both at the top of your respective fields. They say they're neck and neck, but who's actually stronger?"

The two men glared at each other.

“Well then, let’s take this opportunity to determine who is superior.”

"Great."

“Huh, really?”

As I spoke with sparkling eyes, the two nodded.

"There's a place where they've cast a stronger magic spell than the one on the Magic Tower. It's usually where wizards practice their magic."

This is something I only envisioned and didn't describe.

"The tower itself is enchanted with a strengthening spell. So you're saying there's an even stronger spell there?"

"That's right."

The fact that the tower has a strengthening magic is also something that only exists in my head and is not actually described.

Yuno wasn't surprised, perhaps because he took it for granted that I knew these things.

“Lily stays here. You might get hurt.”

“I’m curious too!”

“Look at this.”

Yuno took me to the wooden desk he was using and placed a very classic crystal ball in front of me.

“Does this look good?”

“Yes, I can’t hear anything.”

What the heck! That's so boring!

After finishing speaking, Yuno took Dietrich and disappeared.

After a while, two people appeared in the marble, and I started to act.

While I was at the Magic Tower, I checked out a lot of things, and the biggest thing I learned was that I was not affected by magic.

Using the magic stone I obtained from Yuno, I wandered through areas Wood had barred. I had no trouble entering areas blocked by magic.

Hmm, to be exact, the ability to nullify magic?

It seems like a unique authority for the Author.

However, I'm worried that Yuno's magic is so special and strong that my ability might not work.

With a pounding heart, I opened Yuno's desk drawer. He's always one to use a locking spell, so he's not worried about security, and he prefers to use the top drawer.

Slurp.

It opened right away, and there was what I was hoping for. I stretched out the sleeve, wrapped my hand around it, and picked it up.

If there are any fingerprints left, Yuno might notice.

As soon as I turned a few pages, I found myself breathless.

"Gasp."

It's my handwriting.

In Korean, even the roughly written 'ㄹ'.

I quickly flipped through the book, checking the two people's movements through the crystal ball.

I already know that even if the two of them fight, they'll probably end up with only minor injuries, so I'm not worried. The only question is when they'll come here.

The book was a kind of essay, similar to a diary, except without the date or weather.

Fortunately, no content would make you kick the blanket all night, and it was a simple story from the original world that was boring.

"...Gasp."

I don't remember leaving a record like this.

"Gasp."

Beyond the crystal ball, blue and gold lights flashed.

Wow, there's an explosion going on around them, but Dietrich's fine? And Yuno's movements are quicker than expected?

I couldn't get into all the details because I didn't know how much time was allowed.

From what I've roughly skimmed through, the records left by someone who's clearly me are truly insignificant. They're nothing more than memorabilia of my daily life.

There was nothing unfamiliar about it, as if someone had intended for it to be seen. The peculiarity was that it was so terribly uninteresting.

But there were some significant parts, and I could see why Yuno didn't want to show them to me.

- This is the key. It can open the door that connects worlds.

- I have to write everything down before the memories of the past sink into the memories of the present.

Although the 'ㄹ' was written in a flowing manner, the overall handwriting was very clean. This means that I wrote it seriously.

What did I write this for?

As I got closer to the missing part, my breathing became more rapid.

Beyond the crystal, the two men stop arguing and catch their breath. This signifies their intention to end the confrontation.

They'll be back soon!

As I was about to close the book, a phrase caught my eye.

- This story is left for two people.
