My plan was this.
“Let’s start with Andrea.”
Callius, Luca, Lamia, Brentian, and Granada were gathered together as representatives to assist in this revenge plan.
I looked around at them with faces confidently hoping they would ask me about my plan, but Callius read my mind the fastest and asked me.
“How do you say that?”
“I will give him the nickname ‘Crazy Prince’.”
“Crazy Prince?”
"There's no one in Arrental who would support him if we suddenly revealed the secret of his birth. They wouldn't believe such a shocking truth outright. And it would be difficult for us to expand our influence in Arrental."
“Yes, it won’t be easy.”
"So instead of strengthening our position, we're destroying Andrea's. By making him crazy."
Everyone was focused on me.
I told them about the plan that was naturally completed when I met Lamia and obtained Luca's moving magic circle.
“The method is simple. I just give back what I received.”
I knew better than anyone how Andrea and Kavala had given me the stigma of being a mad princess.
“Lamia, who knows how to use illusion magic, and I, who know the secret passages of the palace, must take action ourselves.”
“Did I dream?”
One day, a few days after he saw Chloe at the party.
Andrea tilted his head at his aide's words, saying that no matter how much he searched, there was no trace of Chloe entering Arrental.
“It was definitely Chloe...”
He saw it clearly with his own two eyes.
Didn't she even pull his arm so hard that it hurt?
The bruises on his arms were still vivid.
But not everyone believed Andrea's words, saying that it couldn't be true.
"If the Princess had entered the party hall, everyone would have seen her. Just looking at that striking silver hair would have caught everyone's attention..."
Andrea glared at his aide.
The aide, who knew Andrea's inferiority complex for not having silver hair, which all members of the Arrental royal family were born with, kept his mouth shut.
“Yes, get out!”
Andrea, who had kicked out his aide, slumped down on the sofa.
"Oh, I don't know. I must have been mistaken. I thought I hadn't had much to drink. Am I feeling unwell?"
Despite the clear evidence left on his arm, everyone said no, that it couldn't be true, so Andrea had no choice but to give up his claim.
“Where did I bump into that day...”
It was then that he began to stroke the bruise and guess that there might be another reason for the wound.
“Brother, what are you mumbling to yourself?”
Andrea was leaning on the sofa, blankly staring up at the ceiling, when Chloe suddenly appeared before his eyes.
Andrea jumped up from the sofa.
"You...!"
“You look like you’ve seen a ghost?”
Chloe chuckled.
She was wearing a maid's uniform, but Andrea was so focused on the fact that Chloe had appeared that he didn't notice it.
“You were at the palace, weren’t you? We met at my birthday party, right?”
“What? It’s only been a few days, and you’ve already forgotten? Are you senile?”
“Senility? Chloe, watch your tone with your brother!”
Andrea was amazed.
Who made you become a weird person?
“You stay here.”
Andrea stood there, blocking the door with his body as if to trap Chloe inside the room, and shouted outside.
“Look! Is anyone there? Princess Chloe is here! Everyone, come here, quickly!”
He wanted to call someone and prove to them that it was Chloe he saw at the party.
At Andrea's shout, the attendants outside came running.
Andrea stood proudly away from the door, allowing everyone to see Chloe.
But what the attendants saw.
“Your Highness, the Prince...”
It was a maid with her eyes wide open.
She said it as if she were embarrassed.
“His Highness the Prince spilled tea and told me to clean it up, so I was wiping it up...”
As she said, teacups were rolling around on the table, and a rag was in the maid's hand.
Andrea gaped in disbelief.
“No way! I just talked to Chloe!”
Andrea paced around the room like a madman, searching for Chloe.
He checked behind the curtains and under the table two or three times.
Then, when it seemed like it wouldn't work, he yelled.
“Everyone, look! Chloe is somewhere here!”
At the shout, the attendants came in hesitantly and searched the room.
There wasn't a good place to search, but Andrea nagged them, so they searched under dishes and even candlesticks. Someone even opened the lid of a kettle to look for Chloe.
In the midst of the chaos, the maid holding the rag quietly disappeared.
“Why on earth are you doing that?”
Kavala asked without even looking at Andrea.
This was already the fourth time Andrea had been upset by Chloe's appearance.
Andrea jumped up in frustration.
“I really saw Chloe, Mom!”
“Are you bored because I squandered all the money I gave you and can’t go out and play with it?”
“That’s not it...!”
“Or are you protesting to me? Asking me to pay off the bill?”
"Mother!"
Kavala sighed nervously.
“Don’t make a fuss, my neck hurts.”
Andrea flinched and lowered his voice.
Although he was scared, he couldn't keep his mouth shut because he felt wronged.
But Kavala waved her hand as if annoyed and shut Andrea's mouth.
"I can't stop you. You're acting like this at your age. I'll talk to Dnieper and have him lend you some money, so just stop making a fuss and behave."
Andrea chewed his lip.
Promissory note payment and Chloe.
It was so unfair that he was going crazy, but the scales in his head suddenly tilted to one side.
"I won't disappoint you this time, Mother. I've found a really good investment..."
“Just get out.”
Kavala resolutely kicked Andrea out as if she didn't even want to hear about it.
Although he was embarrassed and his pride was hurt by that attitude, Andrea was happier that the blocked money flow was cleared again.
“I don’t know what happened, but thank you, Chloe!”
That night, Andrea escaped from the palace and went to meet his new business partner, Truro Levant, in a joyful mood.
“I, I don’t think I’m late, but you’re early, Your Highness.”
Truro Levant smiled weakly.
Truro was not particularly pleased to see Andrea, who had been hiding in the palace because he couldn't pay his bills, crawl out again after a while of silence.
But what could he do? Still, the man before his eyes was Prince Andrea Idelian.
Andrea welcomed Truro very warmly.
“I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t had time to see you.”
“Is that so...? I heard from the store that the Prince had already paid the full amount. Congratulations.”
"What congratulations? Didn't I tell you not to worry? You wonder if Andrea Idelian doesn't have that much money?"
“That, that’s right. That can’t be.”
"So, where are you investing these days? Any exciting news?"
Andrea was thrilled, whether Truro was in trouble or not.
It felt like his world had come back to him.
It definitely was. It was like that...
Some time later, Andrea heard that the upper house of Kielce, in which he had invested, had sold Kielce to another upper house and fled.
Because of this, the prospects for newly launched businesses became uncertain, and no one knew what would happen to investors' funds.
“What does all this mean!”
Andrea, who ran to Truro, became furious.
Truro was equally embarrassed.
“We still don’t understand the situation... The Kielce upper group is a relatively well-established target group, so what on earth is going on...?”
Even the Merchant Guild was frantically trying to figure out who had bought the Kielce top.
“Who is it? Who the hell did this?”
“To have enough liquidity to buy the top of Kielce...”
Truro reminded him of someone who has been a big issue lately.
Anyone but Truro would have thought of him.
A mysterious investor who is absorbing Arrental's commercial capital at a frightening rate.
I looked with satisfaction at my name written on the document Montril handed me.
The new leader at the top of Kielce, Chloe Rodrian.
Montril asked worriedly, looking at me smiling.
"Now that things have come to this, you can no longer hide your identity. The Merchant Guild is hell-bent on discovering Chloe's true identity. Is that alright?"
I nodded leisurely.
“Don’t worry. I never intended to keep it a secret forever.”
I got up from my seat and left Montril's office, reassuring him.
“Now is the perfect time to reveal my identity.”
It was intentional. Andrea had invested in the upper echelon, and he had used his financial power to get his hands on it.
The reason I did that was because I wanted to see Andrea's blank expression.
'I have to go back again tonight.'
“Let’s start with Andrea.”
Callius, Luca, Lamia, Brentian, and Granada were gathered together as representatives to assist in this revenge plan.
