THYU - Chapter 16

THYU - Chapter 16

To Help You Understand

It wasn't that Winter Blooming didn't want children. Rather, he was a man with great attachment to his family.

Statistically, mixed-blood Kanik clans who were born with only silver hair or gray eyes could only become pregnant with someone of the opposite sex who was also of the same Kanik clan.

He even had Hayel do a re-investigation, but it was the same. Although the Kanik clan with both silver hair and gray eyes had children with anyone, there was not a single child born between those with only gray eyes and a person of the opposite sex who did not have blood from the Kanik clan.

The Kanik clan appears to have lived in the far north of another continent in the past. He could only guess that this might have happened because they were geographically very close and lived for a long time without ever meeting outsiders.

It has been quite a long time since strangers settled in Rakround, so even if there is discrimination, they have mixed into many families.

However, if he were asked to pick just one woman in the world whose blood was not mixed with the Kanik clan, it would definitely be his wife, Violet.

A pureblood Princess of the Rakround royal family.

It was said that she would have been safe from this dirty blood, as there were no lowly strangers anywhere in her blood.

The clear evidence was that she had not had a child without using contraception for the past three years.

Now that there was talk of divorce, Winter had no intention of telling his wife about this.

Lulu quickly ran into the bedroom and spoke to Violet, who was repeatedly brushing her hair with a nervous look on her face.

"Oh my, Little Madame! Representative, please do something. I've been sitting there since 6 o'clock, making everyone. anxious, and it's driving me crazy."

"Why are you suddenly doing something like that?"

While Violet was brushing her hair without understanding what was happening, Lulu opened the door to the small dressing room attached to the bedroom and asked.

"Do you want to change your clothes and go out?"

"I'm going to get angry, so I'll just leave."

"You will be blessed, Little Madame.."

The employees were exhausted just because the head was stuck in the hotel all the time. Since yesterday, they had been sitting in the living room of Violet's guest room doing nothing, just waiting with wrinkled expressions, and everyone felt like their blood was drying up.

Lulu quickly brought out a silk gown and put it on her.

Violet left the bedroom adjusting her robe and sat down across from Winter. Violet, who saw Winter sipping tea, followed him with his fingers bent on the handle and said, bending his index fingers.

"You can't put your finger on the hook like that."

"Then what is this handle for?"

Then Violet grabbed the outside of the handle with natural movements.

"I guess they tell you to hold it like this instead of walking."

"Did I tell you? Nobles have a knack for picking easy tasks and making them difficult."

"This is my first time hearing it."

"For some reason, whenever I drink tea, they look at me like a spectacle."

He's glad Violet told him... While Winter was practicing with an expression of not understanding, Lulu brought a meal. After Lulu left, Violet opened her mouth.

"What's going on here?"

"Let's talk, always."

"I wanted to hear what you wanted to say."

The topic of divorce comes up and he only talks about it after he goes out for a night out. Violet answered bitterly.

"Even though it's so late, I still want to hear it."

"We should do it now, but why is it coming out so crookedly?"

"If we hadn't changed bodies, we wouldn't have had a chance to talk in the first place."

"Anyway, I was planning on taking a break now."

"There is such a thing as timing in this world."

Winter clicked his tongue. Then he poured sugar into the tea and stirred it with a teaspoon before asking.

"What did you do to change your body?"

"I don't want to talk. I also need to have a weapon."

Violet spoke as if nothing had happened and took a sip of tea. Then she put down her glass and asked.

"Why do you hate children?"

"Later. We'll talk about it when you don't want to divorce."

"I think the desire to divorce will go away when you have children."

As Violet remained negative the entire time, Winter seemed to get angry and blurted out the words he had been holding back.

"I didn't think we would have children if we slept like this in the first place."

This time Violet's expression frowned.

"What does that mean? Is there a problem?"

"I don't know what they taught you in your family, but you can't take off all your clothes, you can't make a sound, and I can't even touch you. Do you think it makes sense? Didn't they trick an innocent girl into eating it?"

"What is that......."

Violet looked at Winter as if she was so shocked that she couldn't speak.

"I don't think it will be much different in the Blooming family?"

"In our family, we didn't provide education about sleeping in the first place."

"Are you insulting the Lawrence family now?"

"Oh, so it happens. I'm sorry about that. Damn. I wish you weren't so pretty..."

If Winter had known about the Lawrence family's style of sex education in advance, he would not have attempted this marriage in the first place. Not only did he not take off all her clothes in bed, but he couldn't even touch her legs, let alone her breasts or buttocks.

But the eyes looking up at her from the bed, the blue diamond-like eyes that he had wanted to look at from the moment he first saw her at the wedding, and the pink lips that were slightly open for what was so strange. When he looked at his wife's clear, transparent, and yet vivid face, the patience he thought had completely disappeared from Winter's life returned.

Even though his title was gone, his fortune was gone, he couldn't have children, and sleeping with her was like torture, he didn't think it was a bad idea to marry her.

As disapproval appeared on her face after those words, Winter grumbled, unable to hold back his frustration.

"If you can't have sex like that, don't act like a sexual fanatic. Anyway, I will try to avoid physical contact as much as possible this month. From my perspective. It doesn't seem like a sexual desire anymore."

"We'll talk about this later."

"Of course. But I hope you do it next time."

Violet didn't understand why Winter was so upset, but she nodded. She opened her mouth again.

"Actually, there was something I was curious about. What I wanted to ask you."

"Okay, now we can finally have a conversation."

But Violet, who said there was something she really wanted to know, remained silent for a long time. Winter said as if he was frustrated.

"Why are you trying to say something so difficult?"

"I'm curious."

Her faded voice reached Winter. Violet looked at her teacup and opened her mouth again.

"So I'm like that to you? You paid a lot for me, but it's something you can't use."

"What?"

Items purchased incorrectly. When he brought it home, it didn't match his house so much that it looked like an antique that he had put away in the warehouse. He gets angry every time he sees it, but he can't throw it away because it's a waste of money to throw it away.

"Even if it were me, I don't think I would be able to give it up easily. So I always felt sorry for you. But then what becomes of me? I'm useless, but I can't be thrown away either. What should I do?"

Violet found her situation funny and pathetic.

For three years, she spent most of her time in her room, a bedroom on the 5th floor. She became something he bought by mistake worth 24 million lacs and was put in a corner and lived quietly, as if she were dead, as if she were an ornament. Then, sometimes, when a passerby spots it, he or she gets so angry that he or she kicks it once.

Those three years.

So, that was the most important thing she wanted to say to her husband.

What on earth should she live with from now on?

What does he want her to do because he bought her wrong?

And after three years of not being able to ask that question, Violet is now just exhausted and wishing she would quickly give up and throw it away.

"So what I'm wondering is when are you going to abandon me? I hope you find your love too. When will that happen?"

There was silence at the end of her calm voice. For a while, only the sound of the summer wind filled the space. After a while, Winter asked.

"Have you said everything?"

"To some extent."

"I was being sarcastic."

"..."

Winter didn't understand Violet's words at all. She said she was desperate. He gave the most efficient and abundant love he could give.

He couldn't understand at all why he had to hear this from his wife.

"I'm going to go around."

He tried to hide his grim expression.

Winter decided that money might be what his wife needed, so he had to break the stereotype that had become entrenched when he turned 27. He spoke in a low voice.

"I have no intention of abandoning you, and you must not leave me. I don't know what the problem is, but if you feel that way, I'll try to find a solution."

"What are you trying to do?"

In response to her still uncooperative question, Winter said, covering his face with his hands as if he was in pain.

"If I knew that, would I have come this far? All I can do is solve it with money. Because it's been like that my whole life."

"How on earth do you have so much money that you try to solve everything with money?"

When she said something she didn't know, Winter lowered the hand that was holding his face and looked at his wife In shock.

"You're not interested in me at all."

"Not really."

"Do not be ridiculous. If you take my wealth away from me, what will have left?"

Winter grumbled, walked over, grabbed Violet's hand, lifted her up, and dragged her to the window.

From the windows of the upper floors, parts of the royal castle and the islands at the mouth of the Rekle River were clearly visible. Winter took Violet's hand in his large hand, put his index finger under it, stretched it out, and drew a horizontal line down the center of the window.

"From here to here."

"Yes."

"It's mine."

Violet paused and turned her head to look at Winter. At that moment, the two people's faces got closer and Violet stepped back as if surprised.

Looking at her previously empty eyes and now seeing her eyes filled with confusion made Winter feel a little better.

He tightly grasped Violet's hand as it tried to escape from his grasp. Violet thought that Winter's gray eyes staring at her were like those of a wild animal.

"Last time, I saw you were saying such scary things because you had to pay back the money to get divorced. What kind of fool is there to talk about getting divorced?"

"..."

"I can't speak elegantly like you. If you didn't know, then you didn't know anything about me either. Yes, if you want, I will try to understand you, so get used to me. Don't make people crazy."

He barely let go of Violet's hand from his grasp. Then he turned and left the guest room.

Violet was somehow exhausted and sank down in her seat.

Fortunately or unfortunately, Violet was completely free from the depression that had been dragging her entire body down due to embarrassment.

However, she couldn't understand her husband's reaction.

Why does asking him to abandon herself, who is of no use to him, make him so angry?
