TMTNO - Chapter 16

Dietrich entered the still-warm bathroom not long after I came out.

The large bed was in the middle of the room, but I felt uncomfortable sitting on someone else's bed. So I sat on the chair by the window.

“Phew..."

I had a headache because I didn't know that a simple outing would turn into such a chaotic party.

First of all, I'm worried about Shish.

I wonder if he'll lose sleep starting today?

Next, a fight between Shish and Dietrich is expected.

Shish couldn't stand having what was his taken away from him - no matter how much I tried to deny it, Shish called me master, but he seemed to think of me as his own.

But what he throws away is different.

It was obvious that Shish was very interested in me in the current situation.

But Dietrich, who is on bad terms with him, intercepted it?

“Oh my god...”

I wouldn't be surprised if the empire were destroyed by the two fighting.

There's another variable here.

Shish said that no one knows my identity.

But Dietrich knew me. So maybe someone else knows my identity.

Based on the pattern so far, probably other male protagonists.

The question is how they will come out...

Since half of the four male protagonists have already taken action, there's a good chance the other two won't just leave me alone!

“Sigh.”

Handsome men are always right. And the fact that they're gorgeous makes it even better.

The problem is, they're not mine. Even they...

“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”

Why is this place such a wasteland! Why did I make them crazy?

“What’s going on!”

Startled by my scream, the bathroom door opened, and Dietrich ran out.

“Oh my god.”

I quickly came out and confronted Dietrich, who was only covering his lower body, and covered my face with both hands. Of course, I was seeing everything through my fingers.

Oh, it's a feast for the eyes as it boasts the best physique in the work.

A body with broad shoulders and a chest, and muscles that look like they wouldn't go in even if you pricked them with a needle.

Oh, and even those firm-looking thighs.

Is that the perfect body of a Sword Master who, once he enters the bedroom, does not come out for ten days?

“Are you okay?”

“Uh, nothing. I just have a little headache.”

“Then why are you yelling instead of resting?”

Dietrich approached me with a frown and touched my forehead.

"There's no fever. Please refrain from doing something as pathetic as you just did."

The man who clicked his tongue blatantly headed to the bathroom.

I took a quick look at his back, and it was perfect.

A sudden thought occurred to me: this place isn't so bad either.

“Hoo, my heart is a reed! And it’s the weakest reed of all!”

Actually, I was nervous, so I pretended not to notice.

Now that I'm used to Shish, I planned to 'stay by his side until the heroine appears!' but out of nowhere, I was robbed.

To a person with a completely different personality from the previous guardian.

I know Dietrich's personality, so it's not a problem, but the sudden change in environment has made my future uncertain.

I'm worried about going back to Shish, and I'm worried about going home.

Why did this hardship come upon me?

“Ugh...”

“If you’re sick, why are you lying down instead of looking so depressed?”

I flinched in surprise at the sudden voice and raised my head. I saw Dietrich's pitiful gaze.

I don't get hurt by things like this.

Because I know that he may speak harshly, but he is actually a warm-hearted person.

Dietrich picked me up and carried me to the bed. He lay me down and covered me with the blanket.

And what he says is nothing short of remarkable.

“If you’re sick, it’ll be annoying, so just go to sleep.”

I wanted to tease him for being so noisy, so I asked him for something I didn't mean.

“Dietrich, water.”

The gruff-looking commander silently brought me water. He helped me up and helped me drink it himself.

“Eat this too.”

“What is it?”

“It’s a nutritional supplement.”

As I stared silently at the round pill, Dietrich urged me to take it.

“I’m only giving it to you because it’s difficult for you when you’re sick. Don’t get me wrong.”

Adding words like that.

After I finished drinking the water, Dietrich also went to bed and cleaned up.

Really? Are you really sleeping with me? You can't sleep with someone next to you, right?

I stared at his neat profile in disbelief, and my closed eyes opened.

“What are you looking at?”

“Dietrich.”

"What?"

“Why did you bring me here? To give Shisb some medicine?”

Dietrich sighed pitifully. Of course, his face remained impassive, with not even the slightest change.

“If you’re going to talk nonsense, go to sleep.”

“I’m so excited to meet you that I can’t sleep.”

The blue eyes that had remained unchanged until now shook.

“Did you miss me too?”

“Wh, what kind of nonsense are you talking about?”

Yeah, your earlobes are red.

I don't know why, but you missed me, too, just like Shish did.

"If you didn't want to see it, why? What value do you have to me?"

“Huh, you know very well that you are of no value to yourself.”

“It’s worthless, so take it back to where it came from.”

Dietrich, his face flushed, turned around and lay down with his back to me.

It seems like it will take some time to figure out what these men are up to.

Maybe it was because I'd changed beds or because my head was spinning, but I couldn't fall asleep easily. The owner of the room seemed to feel the same way, waking up several times.

However, I went back and forth to the bathroom several times in an awkward posture.

It seemed as if a muffled groan could be heard through the crack in the bathroom door that wasn't properly closed.

I asked Dietrich, who had returned to bed, unable to sleep at all.

"...What are you doing?"

The Knight Commander's straight face was distorted.

"You..."

What's going on all of a sudden?

I got up from my seat and looked at him, and I could immediately see what the problem was.

The tall man stared at his lower body with a look of disbelief.

Dietrich Beluga, Sword Master.

A major feature is sympathy.

The only person he reacts to is the female protagonist.

How do you react?

“Damn, what the hell are you?”

...He feels lustful without even trying.

Oh, maybe things will work out easier than expected.

“Dietrich, did you meet a beautiful woman today?”

“...Are you talking about yourself?”

Dietrich, who said this, looked as if he wanted to chew his own tongue.

Oh my, did you think I was pretty?

“No, not me.”

“Yes, so what should I do about this?”

“You can ask me that...”

Judging by the Knight Commander's reaction, he seemed to know what this physical phenomenon was. And I can confidently say that this was the first time it had occurred.

“Well, have you ever seen another woman besides me? Do you remember anyone?”

I don't know why he's doing this to me, but seeing these symptoms, I'm sure he's encountered the female protagonist.

Then, I can leave the heroine with Dietrich and Shish.

It's perfect.

“I’ve never seen it.”

“Oh, really? That’s strange. Think about it carefully.”

“I can assure you, there is none.”

...that perfect plan was shattered in three breaths.

"More than that, author, why am I doing this? Explain."

Dietrich pressed me for an answer, but the answer I could give was the same.

“Hey, you.”

That's because you ran into the female protagonist!

Considering how I had seen Shish's reaction before, it seemed like he was unaware of the heroine's existence.

If Shish had known this was a novel, he would have figured out everything he could, but he didn't even know that.

It could have been an act, or the female protagonist could have actually been kidnapped and held captive in advance...

Considering the influence the female protagonist has on the male protagonists, I don't think that's the case.

When you look at the female lead, the male leads are so unconditional that it is difficult to think rationally.

"More than that, do you know what to do about this? I've heard of the symptoms, but it seems a little different from others. It keeps happening... like this."

That's because you are a powerful night master.

I couldn't bring myself to say that, so I averted my gaze.

“Uh, um. It would be nice to know the cause.”

Dietrich stared at me without blinking. Then he jerked his head to the side.

Suddenly, the red alert started to go off with a 'Eeeeeeeee' sound.

"You."

"Huh?"

It was a voice that seemed like it was going to crawl in, but the room was so quiet that I could hear it.

“When I see you.”

Wait for a sec.

So, you're saying you had a strange reaction when you saw me? That's impossible.

“Oh, what should I do with this!”

Dietrich, whose sharp face was not in keeping with the tears in his eyes, was a little funny.

I wanted to watch him a little longer, but I didn't know how this impatient guy would react, so I offered an answer.

“You can do it in front of me.”

"...What?"

Dietrich stood there for a moment, stunned, as if he had been hit in the back of the head with something he should never have been hit with.

“Well, if you do what you did in the bathroom in front of the person who made you like that.”

“...Did you hear?”

“I didn’t mean to overhear, but I heard it.”

The cold man's face turned red as if it was going to burst.

“If you do that, you’ll be fine for a while.”

“Isn’t that a perfect method?”

"Yes."

I heard the sound of teeth grinding. The Sword Master said, "The sound of teeth grinding is a little scary."

“You, you.”

"Huh?"

“Close your eyes.”

“You don’t like it?”

Dietrich's face, which was standing there holding onto his pants, changed grotesquely.

I'm a little curious.

I couldn't bring myself to get close to the male protagonists because my life was in danger, but since it turned out this way, let's satisfy my intellectual curiosity.

“I don’t care, just do what you need to do.”
