Episode 120. You and I in the Bedroom of the Marvel Palace
Mark and Christine kept drinking as if they were making a bet.
Adele was anxiously watching as if something would happen at any moment, and Zimmer approached.
“I’ve prepared a room for you, so go up there with the kids and rest. We’ll come pick you up after the drinking party is over.”
“They seem to have had too much to drink. Could you stop them?”
Adele asked, but Zimmer only replied matter-of-factly.
“How could I dare interrupt His Majesty’s entertainment?”
With those words, Adele and her party were kicked out of the banquet hall. Even the drunken Viscount Bonita was carried out by the servants.
Only Christine and Mark were left in the banquet hall.
Adele looked at them worriedly, and Mia, who was next to her, muttered.
“Are they okay?”
“They’ll be okay.”
That was all Adele could say at the moment.
But now, he couldn’t trust Christine. He was the one who had brutally shattered her belief that he would never abandon her.
Above all, he was in a position where he wouldn’t be affected no matter what he did to Mark or her.
‘Please, Christine, don’t touch him...’
She made an earnest expression, and their eyes met. At that moment, the corners of his mouth, which had been drinking, rose strangely.
Adele became nervous without realizing it.
‘What on earth are you thinking, you!’
Somehow, it felt like everything was going according to his plan.
However, there was nothing she could do because the servants soon closed the restaurant.

Mia went into the main reception room on the first floor with the drunken Viscount Bonita, and Aaron and the children followed the servants out, saying they wanted to see the Marvel Palace.
And Adele was guided to the second floor. It happened to be the reception room next to the bedroom she had used before. The room was still warm, perhaps because they had hurriedly cleaned up and lit the fireplace.
Adele, who already had a cold, went to the fireplace to escape the chill. Then she saw a lock on the door connected to the bedroom. There was dust on the lock, as if no one had used it for a long time. She felt a strange curiosity and touched it, and it was just locked, but not locked.
It clicked.
She removed the lock and carefully pushed it, and the door opened. The door, which had not been used for a long time, was very stiff.
When she went inside, the furniture in the bedroom was covered with white cloth. There was an old-fashioned letter desk that Adele liked by the window, and an oval mirror was still there next to it.
And a large bed with a bright apricot-colored canopy...
It felt as if she had returned to that time six years ago.
She slowly looked around the room and approached the bed covered with white sheets as if she were possessed.
They had indulged each other countless times here. They had exposed themselves without shame.
They were extremely hot, and they were passionate lovers.
Just thinking about the time they had spent together made Adele’s heart pound. Without realizing it, her cheeks were flushed, and she felt a strange heat engulf her.
Her body must still remember the time she had spent with him.
“You’re crazy, Adele... You’re crazy...”
Adele collapsed on the bed.
She was so angry that she still had feelings for him.

“Would you like another drink? Or are you going to abstain here?”
“Abstain? Oh, but why do you keep adding more, Your Majesty? One, two...”
“You too. Have you developed a talent for doppelganger?”
“Oh, it seems so.”
Mark laughed heartily. He didn’t know why he kept laughing, even though it was a drinking party that wasn’t particularly enjoyable, and he was in front of an unpleasant person.
“Then have more.”
Mark quickly stopped Christine with his hand as he tried to fill his empty glass.
“Let’s go like men and have a blast, Your Majesty.”
He picked up the brandy bottle and filled two large water glasses.
Both Christine and Mark laughed heartily as they watched the alcohol pouring down refreshingly.
“Damn it...”
Then Christine muttered. It seemed like he wasn’t laughing because he wanted to.
It was the damn alcohol that was the problem.
“Then let’s go at once, Your Majesty.”
“If you say more, I’ll nag you.”
Christine poured himself a glass first.
“Ouch, that’s foul play!”
Mark also quickly began to empty his glass in gulps.
Even as their eyelids opened slightly, the two glared at each other.
'It's not like laughing and glaring is a complete mess.'
Zimmer, who entered the banquet hall and checked the atmosphere, clicked his tongue.
When he had said that he would invite Count Castler's family, he had honestly been worried. Because he had no idea what Christine was thinking. He would never want to see the woman who had betrayed him and her husband. Unless he was planning to harm them.
But now, looking at him, it was like meeting an old friend. If things were going this way, he didn't have to worry too much.
In fact, Christine didn't have much of a tolerance for alcohol, so he would fall asleep soon.
"When His Majesty falls asleep, take him carefully to the bedroom. Take good care of the guests until the end."
"Yes, Your Excellency."
Zimmer went outside to get some fresh air.
From a distance, he saw children running around the lakeside. They seemed excited about the new place, even though it was late.
Was that kid that kid?
Zimmer saw a boy pacing around the guards.
He had black hair and a handsome face, just like his mother. Did his blue eyes resemble Count Castler?
No, they seemed closer to Christine’s eyes.
‘Is it really possible that he is His Majesty’s child?’
As far as Zimmer knew, Christine was afraid of having a wolf-clan child. He had even argued with Adele over that issue, so it couldn’t be his child.
Besides, Adele had moved in with Mark right after breaking up with Christine, and the two were known to be a good couple.
“I…”
He turned around at the sound of a cautious voice. There was a familiar face standing there.
“Tanya?”
“It’s been a long time. Mr. Zimmer, or rather, the Duke of Crichton.”
Tanya lifted the hem of her skirt and greeted him politely.
“You can just call me by my name, Miss Tanya.”
“No. How dare I dare to be Your Excellency?”
Zimmer sighed softly as Tanya waved her hand and tried to evade him.
“How have you been? I heard from Henry that you came to Russwolf and then returned.”
“Yes, I miss Madam. She is like family to me.”
“Family can’t do that.”
“The Duke would have felt the same way. If you had separated from His Majesty.”
Zimmer thought for a moment, then nodded quietly and smiled.
“I see. We have a lot in common.”
Zimmer might not have thought much of it, but Tanya’s heart pounded wildly.
She thought that now that he was a high-ranking Duke, he would ignore her. But he was still as affectionate and kind as before.
It made her feel hopeless.
But now, they were too distant.
“I have something to tell you.”
“What?”
“That... I wonder why His Majesty left Madame Adele...”
When Christine’s story came up, Zimmer firmly drew the line.
“The reason a man and a woman break up is probably only known to them.”
“But weren’t you two sincere to each other? It’s upsetting to me to see you from the side.”
“I think it would be better to ask Miss Tanya’s master about that question. She seems so happy right now, so what’s your intention in bringing this up now?”
Tanya was taken aback by Zimmer’s cold response.
“Could it be... that you didn’t receive the letter Madam sent?”
“A letter?”
“Oh my God!”
Tanya screamed as if talking to herself.
“What letter?”
“No, nothing. Then take a rest.”
She quickly left.
Now that she thinks about it, it seems like the Emperor really knows Aaron as Mark’s child.
Could it be that’s why he abandoned Adele?
She doesn’t know if it would be better to tell him now. It seemed like it would be better to discuss this matter with Adele first.
Drunk Christine and Mark staggered to the second-floor office. The attendants and guards followed them with anxious faces.
However, they quickly disappeared when Christine shouted for them all to step aside. Then he smiled brightly at Mark.
“Just one more drink. Just one drink.”
“It always starts with just one drink.”
“So you don’t want to have a drink with me?”
“Of course not. I hate just one drink even more.”
“I like it, too! Mark Castler!”
“Thank you. Your Majesty is very much to my liking.”
The two threw back their heads and laughed heartily.
Of course, at the end, they were muttering, “Fuck..." at the same time.
Their emotions and actions were out of control, and they kept going their own way. But now, they felt like even that was okay.
They were more concerned about opening the door in front of them right now.
“But Your Majesty, the door really won’t open.”
“That’s right. Damn it!”
They were struggling with the doorknob, not even realizing that the door was locked.
“Don’t worry, I’ll push it.”
“No, I’ll break it.”
“Yes, let’s break it together. One, two...!”
Zimmer sighed softly as Tanya waved her hand and tried to evade him.
“How have you been? I heard from Henry that you came to Russwolf and then returned.”

“Yes, let’s break it together. One, two...!”
Crunch!
Before Mark could even count to three, Christine charged first and slammed his shoulder into the door. Then the lock broke.
Crunch!
At the same time, the two of them fell to the ground. And yet, they laughed heartily, wondering what was so good about it.
“Are you okay, Your Majesty?”
“My shoulder hurts, but it doesn’t seem to be broken.”
“That’s too bad.”
“What...?”
Christine frowned, but Mark was already snorting.
“Ha!”
Christine also closed his eyes for a moment, still lying on his stomach. His expression, which had been giggling continuously, gradually cooled down. Then he sat up and placed both hands on Mark’s neck.
It wouldn’t take long if he grabbed him and tightened her grip.
He was now the Emperor. He could kill and revive even the King of this country at will, so this Count...
Since he dared to covet what was his, he will pay the price with death.
“Damn it...!”
But he eventually withdrew his hands from grabbing Mark’s neck and left the room.
As the sound of footsteps grew distant, Mark slowly opened his eyes and let out the breath he had been holding.
“Haa!”

“...!”
Adele opened her eyes in surprise. She must have fallen asleep while lying face down on the bed without realizing it. Her body felt heavy and lethargic because of the cold.
Tears were welling up in her eyes, as if she had had a sad dream.
‘How much did I sleep? Is Mark okay?’
She quickly wiped away her tears and sat up in bed, startled.
Someone was standing in front of the bed. The light pouring in from outside was dim, so she couldn't see it completely, but she instinctively knew who it was.
