Secret (1)
The first person to respond to Ian's scream was Kalit.
"Found it."
As soon as Kalit saw the direction, he ran at full speed.
Ian and Millenia were there, running through the trees.
He stopped right in front of her and looked at Millenia's face.
"Where is she hurt?"
"No."
"Phew..."
Kalit sighed in relief and ran his hand through his hair. Despite the chilly weather, his forehead was damp with sweat.
It wasn't the rush, it was the cold sweat. It was because she was nervous the whole time that something might have gone wrong.
"Kalit..."
At that moment. Millenia, who was struggling to escape from Ian's arms, reached out to Kalit.
"I hate this guy. I say I'm sick, but he just looks at me. Lord Kalit, please save me.'
Millenia's flushed face looked pale in the moonlight, and her lips were moist.
The sight of her crying for help with tears in her eyes was both heartbreaking and breathtakingly beautiful.
Kalit hesitated as he reached out to grab her hand without realizing it.
"Millenia?"
Then, as he cupped Millenia's face. Millenia crossed her thighs.
"Ugh, my body feels so weird. What should I do? What should I do, ugh."
Even with that small contact, Millenia groaned loudly as if she couldn't stand it. The two men's eyes were fixed on her bright red tongue that was slightly sticking out of her lips as she panted.
For a moment, Kalit's expression became hazy.
"Your Highness."
Ian's warning voice made Kalit's body stiffen. He almost fell into a trance.
'Wake up.'
He turned his head slightly and lifted Millenia's head slightly. His eyes, which had been looking down at her for a while, suddenly widened.
"Can you... see?"
lan opened his eyes wide.
"What are you talking about?"
"I think she's looking at me."
"What is that..."
Ian's voice suddenly cut off.
That's because the situation he had when he found Millenia a little while ago flashed through his mind.
"... Little Duke..."
That's when she recognized him exactly, even though Ian hadn't even raised his voice before.
However, she originally had keen hearing and smell, enough to recognize others by their footsteps or body odor.
So he didn't really think anything was strange. Of course, he was so relieved to have found her that he didn't have time to think about anything else.
'What happened next?'
Millenia had reached out to him for a hug, her fingertips pointed towards him as if she could see.
"..."
Oslo's ridiculous claim that Millenia had regained her sight came to mind. Ian and Kalit's expressions slowly hardened.
Surely not. That can't be. Just as the two men were thinking that, Rahon arrived late.
"Phew, here it is. Oh, shit, it's hot..."
Rajon approached with his collar fluttering. His face was soaked with sweat as if he had been wandering around the garden.
"Do you think they'll come looking for you just because you screamed once in this dark and wide place? That's why I said you can't have swordsmen. You think they're all the same."
Rahon, who approached her while grumbling, examined her.
"Millenia, are you okay?"
Naturally, Millenia, who had already lost her sense of reason, was not in a position to respond properly.
"It hurts. it hurts... Hug me. Anyone. please..."
"I have to start with healing. If Sirok's energy leaves, she'll lose consciousness right away. Ian, hold on tight."
That was the moment when Rahon stretched out his arm.
She grabbed Rahon's wrist first and pulled him hard. Then she leaned her face toward his lips.
"Uh?"
In a sudden situation, Rahon was dragged away helplessly.
Just as their lips were about to touch, Kalit and Ian quickly reached out and blocked their lips.
Suddenly, Rahon's face distorted as he kissed Kalit's palm.
"Aren't you going to clean this up? Thud! Thud! Ouch, that feels bad!"
Rahon pushed away Kalit's palm and wiped his lips with the back of his hand. Then he looked at Millenia with a puzzled expression.
"How did you hold my hand? Was it a coincidence?"
"Rahon, Rahon, I'm sick. Please heal me. Hurry up..."
"Yes, just hold on a little longer."
But Rahon could not heal Millenia.
Because as soon as the hand enveloped in healing light came near, Millenia pushed it away.
"Not this kind of thing, please hug me."
"..."
Rahon's face froze for the first time. After a moment of silence, he reached out his hand again.
But this time, the hand that held light could not reach Millenia.
With a slap. Millenia slapped away Rahon's hand.
"No! Why isn't anyone helping me? If this is how it's going to be, then let me go! Please let me go!"
Rahon, who had been staring blankly at his hand, slowly raised his head. Soon, the three men's gazes turned to Millenia.
A heavy silence fell over the garden.
***
"...!"
My eyes opened wide.
Where am I? I jumped out of bed.
"Oh my! Miss, are you awake?"
"...Nadia?"
"Yes, it's me! Oh my, do you know how worried I was? How are you feeling? Is there anything that feels uncomfortable?"
Nadia was standing right next to me, peppering me with questions. Only then did I notice the familiar places and furniture.
This is home.
A sigh escaped me.
"I'm fine."
"Phew, thank goodness. I knew you would be okay since Lord Rahon healed you. but I still couldn't help but feel uneasy."
"Ah, Lord Rahon healed me."
My body felt comfortable as if I had had a good rest. It seemed like nothing serious had happened.
"What did you tell my brothers and father?"
"I told them that you just had a drink and fell asleep. The Duke and Lord Rahon thought that would be good."
"Yeah, good job."
Nadia pushed my hair back.
"But why were you out of the break room? If only the Duke had found you first, we could have been in big trouble."
"I was outside the break room?"
"Don't you remember?"
The faint sound of unfamiliar footsteps. That was my last memory.
"Yeah, not at all."
Nadia took my hand and told me what happened yesterday.
Ian and Kalit found out about the situation while calling Rahon. They had no choice but to run to the break room with them, but I wasn't there.
"I told you my heart almost stopped when I saw the empty break room?"
"So?"
"We were all scattered and looking for the young lady when we suddenly heard the Duke's voice. So we ran there frantically."
"Ian was the first to find me."
"When I arrived, there were three of them gathered together. The young lady was healed and unconsciously."
"I...was I wearing proper clothes?"
"Yes, you were wearing the Duke's jacket over your dress?"
I owe you something again.
I found myself in debt again to three people who may have been my benefactors.
How on earth can I repay this favor?
I felt daunted and at the same time, anger rose up towards the one who had used the Sirok.
"Nadia, do you remember the servant with the mole on his arm? I think the tea he gave me had some sort of cinnamon mixed in it."
"I already told His Highness the First Prince. He will contact you as soon as he catches that guy."
"Good Job, thank you."
"Hey, don't be so talkative... But I don't think the attendant would dare do something like that on his own. There must be someone behind it, right?"
"I guess so."
As he was a servant working in the palace, he was likely connected to Oslo.
'There's something strange about it being Oslo's doing..."
What would he gain by using Sirok on me? Was it just to embarrass me?
"Miss, stop worrying and take a bath first. You must be feeling uneasy because you slept without washing last night."
"Yes, then."
While I was bathing, I noticed that there wasn't a single scratch on my body.
Has anyone ever eaten Sirok and been this healthy?
It was all thanks to the three men who protected me. Once again, I was overcome with indescribable gratitude.
After taking a bath, I was about to have a late breakfast in the bedroom when Rahon happened to come by.
"Are you eating now?"
“Eahon?”
I smiled brightly and reached out my hand. He paused for a moment, then naturally took my hand.
"Would you like to eat together?"
"What time is it now? I already ate. How are you feeling?"
"Thanks to you, Rahon. I'm fine. Thank you so much."
"I wasn't sure if the power would work since it wasn't a disease, but fortunately it did. I guess it was because the Sirok was a type of poison."
"I heard from Nadia that you three came to see me. I don't know how to repay you for your kindness."
Rahon just looked at me quietly and didn't answer.
'Why are you looking at me like that?'
I wanted to ask, but as always, I didn't show it. Then, he opened my hand and handed me something wrapped in paper.
"What is this...?"
"A drug that restores memory."
