While Lilith was biting her lips in exasperation, Leab, who had been silent, came out of Lucian's arms.

"...Did you say you were helplessly insulted?"

When Lucian shouted, the knights who arrived at the library late and the users who were observing the situation in the hallway were all looking at each other.

Only Leah, Lucian, and Caesar remained in the library.

"Leah, are you okay?"

Lucian touched Leah's tearful eyes with trembling hands. Leah looked up at him with a bewildered expression.

"Of course it's okay. Do you think I look like someone who would be beaten by a child like that?"

"I acted because people had eyes to see. I came forward because I thought if things continued like this, bad news would come out about you too... What on earth are you thinking? Breaking off the engagement..."

"..... It's something I've been thinking about for a while. I've been patient until now out of consideration for my brother, but now I feel like I have to break off this engagement for his sake."

But soon she slowly closed her eyes.

The sound of her heart rang loudly in her ears, pleasure overflowed throughout her body, and the satisfaction she felt for the first time made her feelings for Lucian even greater.

It was something that Leah had never experienced in over 300 years of her life.
