 After such an uncomfortable time, Sylvien dropped Kanna off in front of Addis Mansion.

"Then, I will come pick you up tomorrow morning."

"All right." 

The gatekeeper of the mansion recognized Kanna and immediately opened the door. 

'They don't stop me from going in."

She was worried about what would happen if she got kicked out the door like before, but fortunately, that didn't happen. 

'I need to take the treatment tools with me. And I have to meet Lucy.'

Kalen said,

 "A contract is a contract." 

Those words really bothered her.

"Lucy. What were you doing?"

"Sister?"

"What about you, Sister?"

"Who do you tell if someone else is bothering you?"

Kanna used her hands to spread the bear's belly skin wide. Then the seam was torn apart.

"Phew, I finally tore it all up."

"Now, look at this, Lucy." 

Kanna lifted up a glass bottle with a cork in it.

"If someone is bothering you, take this out and sprinkle it on that person."

This was an anti-epileptic medicine used on the Empress.

 "Then that person will be very distressed."

"Really?"

"Huh. If someone bothers you when Kalen isn't home, use this." 

After putting the medicine bottle in, Kanna personally sewed up Winnie's torn stomach.

Kanna took Lucy back to the room. She was about to leave, but Lucy grabbed her by the collar and stopped her.

"I made this myself."

"I was going to give it to you later when it's made pretty."

"I have nothing to talk to you about. And it was late at night. If you have anything to say, let's do it tomorrow."

Because she won't be here tomorrow. It's not going to happen that we're having this conversation.

"Tomorrow?"

"When tomorrow comes, will you feel like talking to me?"

 I was thinking of saying, of course.

"Do you remember what I said in the carriage?"

Kanna didn't answer.

"I will ask you again. Am I that terrible?"

Kalen slowly bowed down. He met Kanna's gaze directly.

 "Should I just treat you like before?"

As before?

Kanna let the word roll around in her mouth for a moment.

Just like before. Bullying her like before, treating her like a maid.

"No, do not do that."

At that moment, sparks flew out of Kalen's eyes. "

Then why are you ignoring me?" 

"Because I want you to ignore me."

I calmly cut him off.

"I want you to ignore me. No matter where I am or what I'm going through. I just want people to treat me like you're meeting a woman from a faraway country for the first time."

"..."

"Because I will treat you that way too."
