As Josephine thought back on the past seven years, her fear disappeared. Josephine spread her shoulders proudly.

"Now Kanna is a member of my family. She is the daughter-in-law of the Valentino family. As an adult, It is natural for me to correct her bad habits..."

"Did you say you were going to change her

r habits?"

But it was different than expected.

Kalen, who she thought would ignore it, cut Josephine off very rudely.

"Is it Valentino's way to take off a Lady's clothes, make her kneel on the dirt, and beat her in front of everyone?"

But Josephine did not give up.

"Would I do this to you, Sir Kalen? Kanna lied. How dare you say this in front of Her Majesty the Princess!"

Kalen took a deep breath.

Josephine gritted her teeth and glared at Kalen.

Is she going to stay like this and retreat, or is she going to fight back? There was a fierce conflict for a short moment. And decided.

 "That's rude, Sir Kalen. This is the Valentino mansion. This is not a place where you can command me to do this or that!" 

Since you have decided on your attitude, there is no need to hesitate. Josephine roughly lifted Kanna's chin with her fan as if showing off.

"Do you know what Kanna did? Last night, she used a hex on the knights and knocked them out. Moreover, she trespassed into the Duke's bedroom without permission! Do you think that's the end? She dared to lie in front of the royal family!"

Josephine stretched her back with great vigor and shouted. 

"Plus, she was recently put on public trial under Valentino's name! This is an unprecedented shame in the family's history!"

Yes, there is enough justification for punishment!

"The Addis family may condone such behavior, but Valentino cannot tolerate it! I will not stand by and watch my daughter-in-law lower the family's prestige. So stop meddling in the housework and go back!"

Josephine bit her lip. Kalen Addis was now openly threatening. He was declaring in the name of his family that there would be war if she did not give up Kanna.

"Why are you doing that!"

'But even if I make things bigger, it's  my loss.'

Dispute between Addis and Valentino. The feud between the descendants of the Holy Knights. The conflict between continental guardians.

Moreover, her stepson, Sylvien, absolutely hates annoying things. If she gets in his nerves, she might get kicked out of this house...

"Do whatever you want! I don't care whether you take that kid or not!"

Only then did Kalen sheath his sword.

He came straight over and picked up Kanna's body. No, he tried to.

"Take it away."

Josephine was seething with anger as she watched Kalen and Kanna leave the greenhouse, she couldn't bear it anymore and lashed out at them.

"I never dreamed that Lord Kalen was such a barbarian! Isn't that right, Princess?"

She was so angry that spit flew out. Josephine appealed once again, stroking her lips with her hand. 

"How dare he draw your sword in front of the royal family! Even if it wasn't aimed at the Princess, isn't that something only robbers do?

However, the Princess, who remained neutral, said nothing and just smiled.

It got hotter and Josephine's face got hotter, cried Josephine, fanning her fan wildly.

"Anyway, he is the son of Alessandro Addis! The Duke of Addis kills monsters by tearing them to pieces with both hands, right? It's just that it's not classy!"

Josephine couldn't help but tear her clothes as she felt her skin burning. Suddenly, the button popped off and her body was exposed. However, no matter how hard the maids searched, there was no burning part. Josephine just says nonsense about how her flesh is burning.

"Oh, Countess?"

Lilienne looked up in confusion, but at this moment, Josephine saw nothing in her eyes.

"Now! My skin is burning even now! Well, what are you doing! I ask you to do something!"

"Ma, ma'am. Please calm down..."

"Aaaahhh!"

Kanna glared at Kallen with tired eyes.

It wouldn't be a big contract for that guy, but he even brought in the Valentino family. He really is a terrible guy.
