THYU - Chapter 21

When Hayel asked to see Violet's private property documents, the manager of Long Leawood Plains looked around and said,

"You shouldn't try to arbitrarily check private property like this....."

"What big deal is it that a husband looks at his wife's assets? Let's take a look without making a fuss."

The manager responded to Hayel's words with a blank expression.

"He can come himself. Why are you making it so difficult to show you everything?"

"It's because I'm in a hurry. And honestly, wasn't private property between husband and wife supposed to be shown as much as possible?"

"That's all a thing of the past. These days, even if you're a married couple, the distinction between husband and wife property is so strict that it's not easy to show it."

"This."

As if there was nothing else to do, Hayel took out a small white envelope from his bag and held it out.

"Let's just use this for food."

"Never...."

"With this, you can at least buy a pair of shoes for your wife."

He continued speaking as he handed him another envelope.

"Just show me when I give it to you like this. Do you know anything? I'm a huge piece of trash, so maybe I'll just come in at night and take it out."

Hayel said it as if he wanted to start with a smile, but the manager, who knew the majesty and notoriety of Winter Blooming, knew that it was not necessarily a joke. The manager quietly picked up the file room key.

Hayel, who was in charge of all kinds of dirty work within the company, waited for the manager to come out of the file room looking for data without any qualms of conscience. After a while, the manager handed the document to Hayel and said,

"Here it is."

Hayel checked the document that said, Violet Blooming Lawrence. Most royal women kept their royal surnames after marriage, so Lawrence was listed last. Since the royal family was disbanded, it would have been correct to just write it as Violet Blooming, but most of the documents were incorrect.

Hayel checked the documents, thinking that his own confusion still remained in the documents.

"Why is the document divided into 500 Katashan land and 4,500 Katashan land?"

"Oh, that's just a notation issue. Originally, the private property of the royal family was divided up in that way. Perhaps the 4.500 Katashans are both personal property and also included as royal property."

"No, when did the royal family disband and all these damn documents look like this?"

Hayel got irritated and checked the documents for 500 Katashans first.

Hayel, who had worked with Winter since he first purchased the Long Leawood land, knew exactly about this land. This 500 Katashan land far from the train station was not of very good quality. The 200 lacne earmarked as revenue for the land seemed to him to be just the right price.

Hayel soon confirmed the tenancy of the documents divided into the remaining 4,500 Katashans. The land was producing 2,800 lacne per month. This too was a reasonable price.

'She receives 3,000 lacne every month and this is the only way she can use it? This can't be happening unless the Little Lady is into gambling.'

Hayel thought as he flipped through the documents. Hayel, who was meticulously checking the documents until the last minute, narrowed his eyes.

There were two recipients of the rent of 4.500 Katashan, which was listed as royal property.

Violet Blooming Lawrence.

And Carlson Rowe.

"Who is Carlson Rowe?"

"How could I... Oh, that singer, Carlson Rowe."

"Singer?"

"Why isn't that blonde singer good? He's such a playboy."

"Why is he like that, my Little Madam..."

Hayel closed his mouth. It was because he judged that it would not be good for others to know that the man who had farmed the rent from Little Madame's land, and the most handsome man and troublemaker in Rackround, the singer, was free to receive it to his heart's content.

Hayel still doesn't know exactly what happened, but there was clearly a problem with the Madam's private property.

Hayel said, handing back the documents.

"Then please keep my presence a secret."

"Who am I going to tell this to?"

The manager said indifferently. Hayel headed back to the train station to deliver this news to Winter.

***

"Little madam."

Violet, who had been sleeping soundly, opened her eyes to the sound of the maid's voice waking her up.

"The owner and his wife asked to have lunch together today."

".... Today?"

"Yes. He told you to come by noon."

Violet stood up. There were about four hours left until noon, but Violet Invested a long time in the hope of getting even a little less blemishes.

She wondered if everything that happened in the capital was a dream. When she got off the bed, her body felt heavy. As soon as she returned to the Blooming Mansion, seeing her in this much pain made people laugh out loud, thinking that she might actually fake it. Violet felt like an animal trapped in a trap, staring at the sky, unable to get out, on a beautiful day.

At the hotel, Lulu did everything she asked for, but here she had to stay alert.

Just before she was about to die after swallowing a sleeping pill, she was so out of it that she forgot to wear shoes and walked around barefoot all day unless the maids were so grumpy that she brought her shoes.

Violet took a deep breath and straightened her shoulders. After that, she opened the door to go out, and Flip was standing in front of her.

"I was wondering if you might be tired since you were wearing shoes all the way to the mansion... Ah, then please..."

Violet nodded and sat down on the chair, and Flip soon returned with lukewarm water.

Flip very carefully removed Violet's slippers and then slowly poured water with the temperature she liked on the tops of her feet. He had been relieving Violet's fatigue like this the entire time she was in the capital, so Violet had gotten used to It.

Flip, who was embarrassed at first and ended it in a hurry, became more and more entertained by the Little Lady's feet becoming softer in his hands and her kind praise, so the time spent gradually increased.

At that time, the door burst open.

"How long are you going to sleep?"

Winter stopped talking as he opened the door and entered.

What is this?

He narrowed his eyes and looked at the two people in turn. Winter said as Flip nodded and tried to massage again.

"Get out."

"Yes? But not yet...."

"Let it go and leave."

Winter knew that even if he made a mistake when he changed his body. He made a very big mistake.

This opened the way for another man to touch even one of his wife's toes.

Violet said goodbye to Flip, who had no choice but to get up midway.

"Thank you, Flip."

Flip bowed his head and left the bedroom. Violet said, picking up a towel to dry herself.

"I thought you had already gone to the capital."

"... I'm glad I didn't go."

Winter was so furious that he wanted to turn everything over in the bedroom right away, but the reason he asked Flip for a massage in the first place was when the body changed. Neither Violet nor Flip did anything wrong.

Winter huffed, calmed down his anger, picked up the scented oil on the floor, and grunted.

"How do you use this?"

"What should I do?"

When Violet asked because she had no idea what to expect, Winter narrowed his eyes and answered.

"I will do it."

"What?"

"I kicked Flip out and took the perfume, what else could I do?"

"Well?"

When Violet still had no idea, Winter said in bewilderment.

"They said they would give you a foot massage."

"Who?"

"!!?"

Winter finally couldn't hold back his frustration and screamed. He wondered why such a simple word was so difficult to understand. Only then did Violet ask as if she understood.

"Oh, are you planning to start a perfume business now?"

"..."

Winter must have thought to this woman that everything she did was related to money.

Otherwise, he wouldn't be asking if it was business-related in every situation like this.
