ICTV - Side Story Chapter 2

I change The Villain

Belial, dressed in pure white robes just like me, held out his hand with a gentle smile.

I asked Belial.

"How do you feel?"

"I can't believe that the moment I've been looking forward to so much is today."

"Wow, I really didn't realize it either. After all, we are a match made in heaven."

"Is that so?"

The two looked at each other helplessly. I opened my mouth.

"I love you."

Belial's heart throbbed at that one word. It's a great word to hear any time, but hearing it before the wedding gave his a new feeling. Belial said with a trembling voice.

"Me too."

The two held their hands tighter.

At that time, the door opened, and dazzling light poured down on the two heads.

The two walked forward, holding hands.

***

"You two look so good together!"

"I wish you both only blessings for your future!"

My ears rang from the cheering. The cheers grew even louder. It felt up to this point that I was truly blessing myself.

I did not eat anything even at the part held inside the mansion after the wedding. I encouraged Belial to eat something, but I had no appetite.

I desperately tried to calm down Charles, who had been sobbing ever since the two entered the ceremony hall.

"Father, stop crying."

"I can't believe you're getting married! You loved lying still like a doll! Are you going to spend less time lying down after you get married?!"

"No. I don't think I can reduce that."

"After all, you are my daughter! Even if you get married. you'll remain the same!"

Charles began to cry out loud. What part were you so moved by?

Belial, who was handing Charles a handkerchief, could not help but have doubts.

"It's okay, just let it cry as much as you want."

Primrose said as she grabbed Charles' arm.

"I'm not crying because I'm sad, I'm crying because I'm so happy."

"Don't worry about us and have a good time here."

"Yes."

"But where has my brother gone? He didn't run away because he didn't like being around a lot of people, even on a day like this, right?"

"No way. He was here when the ceremony took place."

"Where on earth did he go?"

Primrose muttered that and took Charles to the lounge. I looked around the party, but Beryl was nowhere to be found.

"Is he with Mr. Arshan by any chance?"

"No, the person I'm with right now is my Lady?"

“Ah, Mr. Arshan.”

Arshan smiled, linking arms with Violet. Arshan offered his sincere congratulations.

"The wedding was so nice and cool!"

"Thank you so much for coming."

"It was so moving that I cried. We need to have a wedding as wonderful as yours as soon as possible."

"Don't act foolish."

Violet asked, lightly pulling Arshan's ear.

"But really, where has my brother gone?"

"I don't know. Did he go out to the garden?  He doesn't like crowded places."

"Ah!"

At that time, Arshan discovered something and let out an exclamation. The moment I, who was confused, looked at Arshan, Arshan crossed his arms around Violet again and said.

"I am thirsty. Let's go get something to drink."

"What's wrong with you all of a sudden?"

"It's because I'm really thirsty."

I and Belial looked at their backs with puzzled eyes. At that time, someone tapped me on the shoulder. I turned my head.

"I'm here, pumpkin flower."

"Brother?"

I asked right away.

"Where have you been all this time? Our parents also looked for my brother."

"Here."

Instead of answering, Beryl held out the cake box he was hiding behind.

"Brother, this is..." "

If you don't eat it today, I won't buy it for you forever."

Beryl lightly pushed the two.

"Take a break and come back quickly."

"..."

I looked down at the cake box in silence. Belial said as he wrapped his arms around my shoulders.

"Come on, Rose. Everyone will understand for a little while."

"... Okay, let's go."

The two took their plates and forks and went out into the garden side by side. I sat on a bench in the middle of a garden full of roses and opened the cake box. There were two delicious Mont Blanc cakes included. I looked at the cake endlessly. Belial was impressed.

"As expected, he is my brother, Yes?"

"... Yes."

I answered with red eyes. Belial put the cake on the plate and offered it to me.

"It looks really appetizing. Rose, hurry up and eat."

I took the plate, but couldn't touch the cake.

"Do you still have no appetite?"

"No. That's not it."

"Then?"

"It's a bit of a waste to eat it. At best, my brother bought it for me."

"Then later..."

I immediately looked at him with a straight face.

"The cake is delicious when you eat it right after you buy it."

"I knew so. Please eat now."

"I'll have a piece of Belial too."

"You can't do that. Your brother bought it for you."

"No. One piece is yours. You know that my brother takes great care of his family."

I offered the rest of the cake to Belial.

"So, of course, one piece is yours."

"..."

Belial took the plate and lowered his eyes. And he looked at the cake endlessly and opened her mouth.

"I can't eat anymore."

"Why?"

"It feels like a dream. I'm finally able to become a family with you."

"I'm so happy and happy to be part of a family with you."

I cut the cake into small pieces and handed it to Belial. Belial took the cake without hesitation. I asked in a playful tone.

"You said you couldn't eat it?"

"I will eat anything you give me."

Anything? I looked back and forth between the cake and Belial.

"Even if there's poison in here?"

"Of course, but..."

"But?"

Belial spoke seriously.

"I know you would not even try something like that because you would waste food."

"How did know? That's right, I don't play with food."

This time, Belial cut the cake and put it in my mouth. Whenever I had no appetite, as soon as I ate the cake, my appetite rose like a mountain.

Belial noticed my feelings and eagerly fed me the cake.

One cake disappeared in an instant. Ah, I think I'll finally buy something now.

I let out a sigh of relief and held out my hand.

"Give me the plate, and I will feed you now."

"It's an honor. Oh, but wait a moment."

Belial flipped his hair to the side so he could eat more comfortably.

For a moment, I was lost. Belial shined more dazzlingly today. He is so beautiful that I want to feed dozens more. But the more shocking fact is that this person is now my husband. I slowly fed the cake to Belial.

When the cake had shrunk by half, I muttered.

"There are days like this in life."

"Yes?"

"... And."

I, who was talking to me and admiring myself, quickly asked.

"Did I just say that there are days like this in my life?"

"Yes, that's right."

"I can't believe I, and no one else, would say that. It's so amazing. Even before, I thought I would never say something like this."

Transparent tears fell down my cheeks. I quickly wiped away my tears and looked at Belial.

"Thanks to you for not dying at that time, thanks to you for not giving up, this day has come, right?"

"Of course, Rose. I'm so proud of you. Because even though there was so much going on, I overcame it No, this is thanks to everyone, including you."

The tears continued to fall. I couldn't stop crying, just like Charles did earlier. But my tears were not my tears of sadness. I was crying tears of joy.

Belial put down the plate that I was holding next to him and then hugged me tightly. I said while rubbing my wet cheek in Belial's arms.

"I think I'll have to say things like this more in the future."

"Why?"

I whispered, smiling like a cat.

"I'm with you, my husband."

With those words, I unexpectedly kissed Belial.

Belial's face immediately heated up at the soft touch of his lips and the unexpectedly sweet name. Belial was too embarrassed to say anything. But I said regardless.

"You know, we promise."

"What promise?"

"If something happens in the future, don't suffer inwardly and discuss it right away. Okay, Husband?"

"This is shameful, Rose."

Belial responded in a low voice with his face still red.

"If you call me that, it makes me want to listen to anything."

"Thank God. I will have to use it often in the future."

"You really...!"

But Belial could not continue speaking. This was because I hugged Belial tightly this time.

"My dear, beloved husband."

I whispered.

"I will never let you go from now on."

Belial, who was looking down at me dumbly, immediately hugged me. He loves and loves his wife. Belial also whispered.

"That's what I'm going to say."

The two enjoyed each other's warmth.

Arshan, who was watching the scene through the window, asked Beryl.

"What do you think about those two?"
